Historical Diving Society: Australia-Pacific Members regularly meet to share information, swap parts and help one another maintain their equipment with regular servicing and inspections. In New South Wales, members call it MATOS Toolbox Days and welcome all financial members of HDS: Australia Pacific. Pictured are members Phil McGowen, Jeremy Taylor and Stephen Roe inflating a suit attached to a 1942 Siebe-Gorman Admiralty Pattern. The group were testing at what pressure a spring on the exhaust valve would release air. This is critical for safe diving and to ensure the suit does not over-inflate.
